"You may return the product and receive a refund within up to 15 days. However, refunds are not available for customized products (e.g., personalized pop, a drawing for a painting, or any specially made item). Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used or damaged after delivery.

Personalized Product Timeline:

For personalized orders, please ensure that all specifications are clearly provided at the time of purchase. Creating the initial drawing, whether it’s a flat 2D design or a 3D concept, typically takes about 3 to 5 days. After we complete the drawing, we will contact you for approval. You will have up to two rounds of adjustments included at no extra cost. If a third round of revisions is needed, an additional fee will apply.

Once the design is approved, printing and production (such as 3D printing or other fabrication) will take up to 5 days after the final design confirmation.
